Problems contacting us?
The recent increases in spam has caused many Internet Service Providers to set up SPAM-filters. This has an unfortunate side effect:
A few of our e-mails to customers have been blocked.
During the past few weeks we have experienced not being able to contact customers due to SPAM-blocking from their Internet Service Providers.
This is of course both very unfortunate and frustrating, as there is very little we can do to resolve the matter.
We do our best to respond to all e-mails immediately, within 24 hours of receipt for 99% of all e-mails, so if you don't receive a response within 24-48 hours
there is a good chance our e-mails to you are being blocked. In that case please try one or more of the following:
1) Contact us from a different e-mail address
2) E-mail us your address so we can send you a normal letter
3) Contact us via telephone: +45 86 42 36 29
4) Contact your Internet Service Provider and ask them to unblock our e-mails to you
We hope the problem is not increasing, as we wish to provide our loyal customers with the best service possible.
